It is a pattern that you repeat over and over and over and is like your nemesis or biggest obstacle that keeps you floundering around in the mud finding it difficult to move forward.
Your life lesson could be not completing projects, not getting desired results and feeling frustrated and a failure, or fear of being in the spotlight and of having your art form criticised and ridiculed by your audience, or lacking self-worth, or feeling powerless, or shame and victimisation or having difficulty speaking up or a paralyzing fear of rejection to mention some life lessons that can be identified from your hands.
The fantastic thing about your life lesson,however, is that it is your ally and friend in disguise. Once you know what your major obstacle is, once it is in your conscious awareness you are empowered to take action to change your behaviour and thoughts, if you choose to. When you are no longer unconscious about this obstacle and there is no denial or resistance from you regarding your obstacle you can devise strategies to master this nemesis, self-correct and open the door to your life purpose and fulfilment of your potential.
