YOGA , OPTIMAL BREATHING & MEDITATION
Sunrise Mindfulness Walking Meditation - Start the day embracing stillness and awareness as we take a silent walk in nature soaking up the natural sounds and beautiful nature that surrounds the retreat centre.
Rise and Shine Yoga - Flowing & Alignment Yoga (every morning) — to be aware of the life energies within, open your body, stretch muscles, detox, energise and increase your flexibility and strength. This practice is designed for all levels and is safe and supportive for beginners, with more challenging modifications for more experienced practitioners.
Sunset Yoga (every evening) — a gentle and supportive practice, including using props, designed to stretch and create space in the body as well as deeply restore and nurture mind, body and spirit. Prepare to feel tension melt away if you can be aware enough saying "YES" to what you experience beyond your thoughts.
Yoga Nidra, also known as yogic sleep or sleep with awareness, will induce full body relaxation and a deep meditative state of consciousness. It improve sleep patterns, strengthens the immune system, reduces stress and has restorative and regenerative effects at the cellular and tissue levels that improve longevity and lead to better health and well-being.
Art of Breathing and Meditation (throughout) — to experience the interchanging of life force from without and within.Breathing and meditation will be woven into every yoga session to allow you to go deeper into yourself and explore your enthralling inner world.
In between sessions, you can be in yoga enjoying relaxing massage therapy, reflexology and Aroma Touch Technique, hot tub (Saturday evening), alone time, reading and being present and enjoying life.
We will be providing a unique experience for you during the retreat using hand analysis and hand reflexology to provide you with insights to help you better understand who you are and your well-being. This will be fun. Hand analysis is a non-predicitive and tested system that tells you about your behaviour patterns, how you use your energy, your emotional and thinking style, the health of your chakras and more.... Its insights have been replicated on hundreds of thousands of hands worldwide (and is NOT a psychic reading but information from the neural pathways of your brain).

Optionally, mindfulness inspired hiking can be organised for Saturday after morning yoga and breakfast to deepen your connection with nature and allow us to simply breath in the fresh forest and mountain air and come alive. This will depend on demand.

Relax in the comfort of elegant, stylish, boutique en-suite rooms (choose from twin/double bedrooms and 2 luxury bunk rooms) and wake up each morning feeling rested, refreshed and revived. Delight in an exhilarating, energising shower sourced directly from mountain spring water and relax and soak away stress in the divine hot tub. Mmmm!
FOOD (included in price)
Excite your palate with locally sourced, home grown, organic (as much as is possible) vegetarian food prepared by the in-house chef to nourish each and every cell in your body so that you feel revitalised from the inside out and full of vitality. Yum yum!

- Travel to and from the retreat is not included. Please book flights early to get the best price. Shared transport from the airport to the retreat can be organised but is not guaranteed.
- Hiking with a guide can be organised in advance depending on demand.
- Pampering massage treatments are available at an additional cost and need to be organised in advance.
We have our own therapist, Rosaline (Rosie) O'Driscoll, coming to the retreat and you can enjoy Reflexology, Indian Head Massage and Aroma Touch Technique.

Your Yoga Coach
Rosaleen Bloomfield started to practise yoga when she worked in a demanding corporate sales environment, as a way to reduce stress and improve her physical health and well-being. She had a powerful awakening experience in 2001 with the realisation that being present in the now and in a state of love and inner bliss is our true nature. Rather than looking outside for love, joy and wellbeing, we need to journey inside and connect with our inner universe.
She qualified as a yoga and meditation teacher in 2003 and enjoys guiding yoga practitioners to gently and safely improve their asana practice (according to individual ability) as well as attaining the peaceful balance of body and mind, directed from the heart and the divine within, which is the essence of yoga.

Your Holistic Therapist
Rosie is a Holistic Therapist & Hatha Yoga instructor. She is passionate about helping her clients heal and relieve the stress from their bodies. She took up yoga to help strengthen her back after an accident playing Gaelic football (the national game of Ireland). Rosie commenced her teacher training in yoga in 2008. She furthered her training with holistic treatments in 2009 and encourages clients with emotional, physical, hormonal ailments to be at one with their mind, body and soul.
She shares Indian head massage, Aroma Touch Technique, Reflexology supporting anxiety stress & depression. Hot stone Reflexology. Reflexology supporting conception & maternity. Reflexology for relaxation.
She uses these tools and techniques to help your body into homeostasis. All with the yummy Do terra pure certified grade oils, containing no herbicides or chemicals.
