Mind-Body coaching helps you to develop a plan to get your life back. If you don't know what to do and are looking for a way out, this 7-step process promises to help you discover what needs to happen to make that change.
You learn how to harness your mind, body, emotions, intuition and inner strength to find your own answers and personal way out.
Neuroscientist tell us that new practices, knowledge and experience are added to our neurological network and when repeated regularly can eventually change pre-existing synaptic connections in the brain and become our new way of being or doing.
My unique process supports the unfolding of new insights, thinking, feelings and behaviours. During this process, you also learn to trust in the unfolding of your inner wisdom, intuition and spirit.
Your physical body allows you to experience the world using your senses. As your body is with you all the time and you are with your body it partticipates in everything that you do. Seems rather obvious, right?
It therefore follows that your body will store your emotions - all the joy and the sorrows. May be your back pain is telling you to let go of worries and anxieties, or perhaps your knee pain is telling you to be more humble... Your physical symptoms could even be a sign of being in the wrong job or relationship...
This process can help you uncover deep insights into your worries and pain. You discover your own deep knowings and resources for making changes, to deal with the challenges that occur on the way, and to take self-tailored and self-inspired actions that emerge from your own inner exploration. The coaching prepares you for change and encourages the conditions under which change is the natural response.

"Before I started my coaching, Rosaleen provided me with a list of questions of what I wanted to achieve through the sessions. I wanted to improve my fitness, become healthier, lose weight and change my lifestyle.
Coaching with Rosaleen was a real eye opener. After completing a brief feed back sheet you provide points that you would like to address and what you hope to gain from the sessions. Each session picks up from the last but which direction depends on the individual.
At times it became quite emotional but it was a great opportunity to learn about myself and my behaviours. Everything which is covered in the sessions comes from the individual and knowing you are in a safe environment ensures that you have food for thought for your next session.
Coaching helped by providing me with a greater awareness into my relationship with food, the emotions behind them and the psychology of my behaviour.
Raised awareness, techniques and goal building is an imperative part of the process. I would recommend coaching sessions in order to get a better understanding of yourself and how your attitude towards your lifestyle can be changed for the better."
"The coaching session and its question-and-answer technique, made me look at the relationship between myself and my manager, and between me and my peers, and it made me understand that I was constantly giving everyone this message:
I am not sure ... So I realized what I needed to do to change my manager's attitude towards me: I had to change my communication and the way I acted, I had to eventually change my attitude towards myself.
I had to avoid conveying lack of confidence, eg. in what I said and how I said it. I had become aware of my way of conveying insecurity, of my way of saying "I am not sure" ... and I realized that I had to avoid all these phrases if I wanted my manager to give me more responsibility, to give me an active role in the team.
From that day on, I started changing my communication with my manager, and my peers.
I had become sensitive to a habit that I had had and which I had never realised before: a habit of conveying insecurity. From the day after my first coaching session - I stopped using certain phrases, formulas, that convey insecurity and that had become second nature to me, and I started to become more assertive in my communication.
Basically, if you want others to respect you, you have to respect yourself. Don't lower yourself, don't denigrate yourself, be yourself.
